We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please review the following policy:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the service may receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.
- No-shows will not be refunded.
